Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a type of mushroom that grows predominantly on birch trees in cold climates, such as Northen Europe, Northen USA, Siberia, Canada. It's called a sclerotium, a dense black mass that can be seen on the exterior of the trees.
Our Chaga is wild foraged and sustainably sourced above the Arctic Circle in Northern Europe.
